He broke down the quote into components of house only, and with the deck and fence, as well as same color versus changing colors. The job was performed on time and the job foreman and staff accommodated all requests, were pleasant to be around, and left a neat well-done job. Abe, personally, checked in with me to make sure I was pleased with everything before we settled the bill. To say the least, I was very pleased with Abe Schickel & Co.
